What's your typical engagement length?
It ranges from a 1-week advisory assessment to a 6-month embedded engineering engagement. Most clients start with a 2-week assessment, then move to an embedded or project-based model.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I'm based in the Netherlands and work with clients across Europe. For shorter engagements, I can do on-site workshops — just ask.
Can you work with our existing team?
Absolutely. I don't come in to replace your team — I come in to enable them. Knowledge transfer, pair programming, and documentation are core to every engagement.
What cloud providers do you support?
AWS, GCP, and Azure for managed Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS). I also work with bare-metal / on-prem clusters using kubeadm or RKE2. Multi-cloud and hybrid are not a problem.
How does pricing work?
Advisory assessments are fixed-scope. Embedded engineering is monthly (part-time or full-time). Project-based work is scoped and estimated upfront. No surprises.
